JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2019 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Gaunaha P.S.Case No. 67 of 2018 registered under Sections 413, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 471/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation as per FIR is that on secret information, police recovered on stolen Bolero from the co-accused who disclosed that he has purchased the same from the petitioner. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that except confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner and he has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned APP also who has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail on the ground that investigation is still going on.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to him rather he should surrender
