Petitioner is named in the first information report with accusation that he along with seven other F.I.R. named accused made indiscriminate firing on the injured persons but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that each injured of this case sustained only one injury and taking note of the aforesaid facts, other co-accused have already been granted privilege of bail.
