JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-04-2015 The minimum punishment, which could be imposed, has been imposed. The charges and the findings in relation to the petitioner does not behove of conduct of a government servant. No government servant has a right to cheat in a departmental examination with the object of enhancing future prospect. If he used unfair means for such benefit and the findings establishes that, the order of punishment is not required to be interfered with. In fact, petitioner has been dealt with very mildly.

Writ is dismissed.
