The petitioner is languishing in custody since 20.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 504of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioner, who happens to be brother of the informant, tried to strangulate by putting rope around his neck. Co-accused Ripu Kumar and Usha Devi tied the legs and hands of the informant with rope when other accused persons inflicted injury with sickle on his eye, mouth, forehead and chest. The injury report has been brought on record as Annexure-2 which suggests abrasion over the left eye, both the

Considering the fact that the accusation is not being corroborated by the medical opinion, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 311 of 2014.
