The petitioners, five in number, seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 613 of 2017 dated 01.11.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 427, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the FIR, it appears that approximately 39 persons were made accused in this case with general allegation but out of those 39 persons, final report false
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3854 of 2019(2) dt.25-01-2019 2/2 was submitted against 25 such accused persons including the petitioners. Chargesheet has only been submitted against six of the accused persons some of whom have been granted anticipatory bail.
Differing with the police report cognizance has been taken against the petitioners.
Considering the aforestated facts, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on their furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 613 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Ashutosh Kumar, J) krishna/- U T
