2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 414, 467, 468, 471, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner has been found involved dealing in stolen motorcycles. Two motorcycles were recovered. Petitioner is in jail since 09.11.2023 and has clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4368 of 2024(3) dt.21-03-2024 2/2 the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Motihari, East Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 396 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 7(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Kalyanpur Police Station on the first & third Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
