2. On 21.08.2019, the Court had recorded the following order:

"Learned counsel for the petitioners and learned AC to AAG 12 for the State have assisted the Court.

2. In view of the materials on record, especially the affidavit filed on behalf of the authorities, the Court does not find that there is any contempt committed by the authorities of order dated 06.11.2009 passed in CWJC No.

10901 of 2008.

3. However, on prayer made by

3. Today, upon being assisted by learned counsel for the parties, the Court finds that the order dated 06.11.2009 passed in CWJC No. 10901 of 2008, has been complied with.

4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

5. However, it shall be open to the petitioners to move before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law, if any occasion to do so arises in future.
