This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Fatuha PS Case No.610 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)1/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case, one country-made pistol with live cartridge was recovered from the possession of Rajesh Kumar. He further submits that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
