Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 498(B), 498(C), 420, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant who is police officer has alleged that on 27.05.2019 at about 22:00 P.M., he received a secret information and reached the place of occurrence along with other police personnel and on seeing police party miscreants started fleeing away but four culprits including petitioner were apprehended by the police and thereafter police raided the Dalan of the accused Dinanath Chaudahry and recovered several counterfeit

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has committed no offence. He has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly placed co-accused have been granted bail by different co-ordinate benches of this court vide order dated 04.09.2019 and 04.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55068 of 2019 and Cr. Misc. No. 68002 of 2019 respectively.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bairaiya P.S. Case No. 163 of 2019, subject to conditions:
(1) Bailors should be local having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
(2) Petitioner shall co-operate in the trial and shall be represented on each and every date fixed by the court.
(3) If the petitioner tampers with the evidence or the witnesses of the case, in that case, prosecution will
