Rai, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, Patna and the same defect has also occurred in last paragraph of order no. 2 dated 12.02.2016.

Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in prayer portion of his petition within course of the day. Accordingly, in last paragraph of order no. 2 dated 12.02.2016, in place of Sri R.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna City, Patna, it be read as Sri A.K. Rai, Judicial Magistrate
