Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Gurua P.S. Case No.159 of 2018 for the offences allegedly committed by the petitioners under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant alleged that she was married to Dhirendra Singh @ Dicku Singh, son of the petitioners. She made allegations that her husband, father-in-law and mother-inlaw assaulted her due to non-fulfillment of additional demand of dowry and drove her out from the house.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant.

The petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioners and the fact that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant, let petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No.159 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
