The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15362 of 2018(3) dt.21-09-2020 2/3 The following reliefs have been sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application. "1 (a) To pay difference amount of salary from the period 09.08.1999 to 31.01.2002 due on account of benefits of 2nd A.C.P., given by the respondent no. 2 to the petitioner with effect from 09.08.1999.

(b) For payment of difference of Leave Encashment amount amounting to Rs.

19,968/-.

(c) For further direction to the respondents to pay interest at the rate of 12% per annum from the date of accrual till the date of actual payment of the said arrears of salary."

Considering the reliefs as sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file/make a representation before the respondent no. 6, the Executive Engineer, Nalanda Building Division, Building Construction Department, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda. If the petitioner files/makes representation before the respondent no. 6, the Executive Engineer, Nalanda Building Division, Building Construction Department, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda, who shall consider the representation of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months, from the date of filing/making of such representation.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the
