07-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Prabhat Kumar Singh, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Bihar Staff Selection Commission as well as learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 10.

In the present writ petition, virtually, the petitioner has made a prayer for implementing an order dated 09-05-2007 passed by this Court in M.J.C. No. 2598 of 2005 i.e. Annexure - 8 to the writ petition, which was passed in contempt proceeding. The Court is of the opinion that in a writ jurisdiction, such relief may not entertained. If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.
