According to the prosecution case itself, petitioner was driving the vehicle in which two persons were found sitting and incriminating articles were recovered from the persons who were found sitting in the said vehicle.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Munger in Jamalpur P.S. Case no. 22/2015.
