JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law whereas petitioner no. 2 is younger brother-in-law of the deceased and according to the prosecution case itself, the marriage of the deceased was solemnized six years ago and after marriage, she gave birth to two children.
Although it appears that the deceased died in other than normal circumstance but taking note of the aforesaid facts as well as this aspect of the matter that the investigation against the petitioners has already been completed, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4839 of 2016 (2) dt.11-02-2016 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargama P.S.Case No. 170 of 2015.
