Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30, 30(a), 38, 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 3151.08 liters of foreign liquor was recovered from the truck.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of the truck in question.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
