Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 16.06.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 4157/2021. On last occasion, vide order dated 09.03.2022, a report was called for from the court below, which has been received and from perusal of the same, it appears that the case is pending for appearance of the accused persons. Considering the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected. However, since the petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2020, the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J.) anay/- U T
