JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is languishing in jail since 12.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act.
It is alleged that the petitioner in league with Fazloo Khan was running a manufacturing unit of country made liquor when 595 liters of sprit were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the place of recovery belongs to Fazloo Khan. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
