JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-04-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That, this writ application is being filed on behalf of petitioner for setting aside the order dated 26.07. 13 passed in Case No. 05/2011 passed by the additional Municipal Commissioner (Respondent No. 3) whereby the Respondent No. 3 passed the order for demolish the house made by petitioner and/ or to allow other suitable relief(s) in facts and circumstances of the case."

Considering the nature of relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are

Patna High Court CWJC No.2530 of 2017(2) dt.11-04-2023 2/2 otherwise available under the law, including that of approaching the Bihar State Building Tribunal, Patna, against the aforesaid order dated 26.07.2013, passed by the Additional Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Begusarai in Case No.05/2011.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
