Heard Mr Prafulla Chandra Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Smt Shilpa Singh, learned GA XII for the State.

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, who

Patna High Court CWJC No.16762 of 2018(4) dt.11-06-2020 2/2 claims to have retired as In charge Headmaster of Government Middle School, Aadharpur - Bath on 31.01.2016., seeking payment of retiral dues and some other payments. The State has filed a counter affidavit. After pension fixation, arrears have been authorized by Pension Payment Order dated 25.06.2019 issued by the office of the Accountant General (A & E), Bihar, Patna. The same authorizes payment of pension with effect from 01.02.2016. There is specific averment in paragraph 6 of the counter affidavit that Gratuity, Leave Encashment, Group Insurance have also been paid to the petitioner.

The writ petitioner has not filed any rejoinder or reply to the counter affidavit though copy of the same has been served on him long back on 14.11.2019.

If any other dues are admissible to the petitioner, the petitioner would be at liberty to pursue his claim before the appropriate Authority.

The writ petition stands disposed of, with liberty, as aforesaid.
