JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2018 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be filing a representation before the respondent no. 3 for consideration of his case for correction in the date of promotion and the concerned authorities should be directed to dispose of the same within a specified time period. Accordingly, I direct that the petitioner may file an appropriate representation regarding his aforesaid grievance before the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no. 3 shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter.
