Petitioner seeks bail in Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.410 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392, 411, 414 Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

In the written report, it is alleged that petitioner along with Sanju Kumar @ Patar was arrested on the spot. It is further alleged that rupees one thousand was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara, in connection with Udwant Nagar P.S. Case No.410 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
