The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. Case No.212 of 2020 arising out of Korha P.S. Case No. 486 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 393/307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. By order dated 05.06.2020, the bail of the petitioner was rejected with a direction to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the charge has been framed (Annexure-3 of the bail application) and petitioner is in jail custody since

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition. In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty five thousand) only with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IIIrd, Katihar in connection with S.T. Case No.212 of 2020 arising out of Korha P.S. Case No. 486 of 2019.
