Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the facts of this case is identical to the case of Ajay Kumar Singh, who has also approached this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 17641 of 2017 and the said petition has been allowed by this Court on 19.05.2018. Let the respondent authority examine the case of the present petitioner and if it is found that the case of the present petitioner is identical to the case of said Ajay Kumar Singh, petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 17641 of 2017, in such circumstance, the same

Patna High Court CWJC No.17135 of 2018 (2) dt.06-09-2018 2 /2 benefits as has been given to the petitioner of C.W.J.C. No. 17641 of 2017 be also extended to this petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and directions this writ petition is disposed of.
