2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents for quashing the order dated 05.02.19 in Case No. 55/2016 passed by Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Patna who had rejected the claim of the petitioner on the ground that the said cooperative society i.e. Bihar State Rural Cooperative Housing Federations Ltd. Patna was taken and registered under multi State Cooperative Societies so the said matter is not

Patna High Court CWJC No.2449 of 2023(2) dt.16-07-2024 2/2 under jurisdiction of the learned Court of Registrar, Patna as contained in annexure - 17 to this writ application.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding the respondents to return the total amount of the Petitioner at Rs. 23 lakhs, 57 thousand, 4 hundred and thirty rupees only from the state Government along with Bihar State Rural Co-operative Housing Federations Ltd.

(iii) For other relief / reliefs the Petitioner is entitled under law on the facts of the said writ application."

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the affected person will be taking steps for filing an appropriate petition in the light of the order dated 05.02.2019 passed by the Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Bihar, Patna.

4. Granting said liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
