JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 08.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. One country made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from the roof of the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that recovery is from the joint family house and for the same incidence other case being K. Hat(Maranga) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2015 was registered under Section 307 and other provisions of the Indian Penal Code and apart from that the petitioner is not accused in any other case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13046 of 2015 (2) dt.01-04-2015 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with K. Hat (Maranga) P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
