(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ order or direction to remove the encroachment from MazuaAndhrathari, Khata No. 2833 (New), Kheshra No. 631, 638, 642, (Old) 517, 516, 1645, 1649 (New) 1454 and 1455 (New), old Kheshra No. 966 and Kheshra No. 1141 1145 and 1138 968, 965 Sarkari Nala Kheshra No. ? (Road) under Sections 2 (3), 3, 6 (b) and 8 of the Bihar Public Road Encroachment Act, 1956.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 4 i.e. the Circle Officer, Andharathari, DistrictMadhubani, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
