The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 304(B) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 14.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16431/2014 with a direction to the trial court to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously but till date, even after lapse of more than one year and three months, the trial has not been concluded although the petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2012, i.e. for about three years and six months. The petitioner is not a family member of the in-laws of the deceased. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he made extrajudicial confession before the police. No.7369 of 2015 (5) dt.04-08-2015 2/2 remained in jail for about three years and six months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Aurangabad in Nabinagar P.S. Case No. 12 of 2012, corresponding to S. Tr. No. 306 of 2012 / 17 of 2012, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date during the course of trial.
