The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/420/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of non-payment of bank loan, the petitioner has been put behind the bars without following the procedure of recovery of loan. He further submits that the petitioner has made categorical assertion that he is willing to pay the entire loan amount. Considering the aforementioned submission and that the petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2015 and has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3682 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 P2/2 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-cumA.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas in connection with Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 127/2015.
