Petitioner seeks bail in connec tion with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019 registered under sections 461, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The present first information report has been lodged after three days of the alleged occurrence with there being any plausible explanation for the delay. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 26.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.924 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2019.
