The petitioner is languishing in custody since 21.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that on secret information, that the miscreants by committing forgery assured the candidates to succeed at the Bihar Elementary Teachers Eligibility Test, raid was laid in Room No. 3 of New Asian Hotel from where the application forms of different persons for the alleged examination, passbook, ATM card etc. were recovered when four persons including the petitioner were apprehended.

No.10026 of 2015 (02) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that only on suspicion the petitioner has been arrested and the alleged hotel from where recoveries were made was booked in the name of Girish Kumar, who has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 9862 of 2015. Statement to that effect has been made in para 16 of the petition.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.
