The petitioner seeks bail in a registered under sections 386/307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is not named in the first information report.

Petitioner abused him and made indiscriminate firing. The informant in his subsequent statement disclosed the name of the petitioner as such that it was the petitioner who asked him to talk on telephone from one person. No demand of extortion was made.

Considering the fact and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the

No.13963 of 2015 (2) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 petitioner is in jail for more than three months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate West Champaran at Bettiah in Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case no. 16 of 2015.
