Although it is stated that in huge quantity Mahua liquor and sprit were recovered from the house of the petitioner but according to prosecution case itself, petitioner was not caught on the spot and the aforesaid recovery was made in his absence. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 24-112015. Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Paroo P.S.
