The accusation against the petitioner is that he was running a medical shop without having any valid license but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is a registered medical practitioner and as a matter of fact, the seized medicines had been kept by him in his clinic to provide the same to poor patients of his village. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 09.12.2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
