The petitioner is accused in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019, registered under Section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)A, 26(1) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The accusation is that on receiving information about loot of motorcycle in the way near village Pidholi Rajdhani Hotel, the informant along with other police personnel reached there then one person disclosed his name as Manjeet Kumar saying that he was returning from Deoghar boarding on motorcycle bearing registration no. BR06-BM 9083 but in the way, four persons came on motorcycle and on the point of pistol

Thereafter, informant along with other police personnel proceeded towards the direction, in which, miscreants were proceeded then saw that four persons boarding on one white colour motorcycle was moving. Thereafter, on seeing the police party, they started to flee away but chased three persons were apprehended, who disclosed their names as Raja Kumar (petitioenr), Sumit Kumar and Sanjit Kumar and they also disclosed the name of one person as Rakesh Kumar, who succeeded to flee away. On search, petitioner was found in possession of one country made pistol. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that regarding the looted motorcycle of Manjit Kumar, separate case, i.e., Teghra P.S. Case No. 286 of 2019, as detailed in paragraph 3 of the petition was lodged and thereafter, he has implicated in the present case also. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 15.08.2019.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 287 of 2019. Out of two
