In the present case, the complaint has been made that the Government Agency is not distributing the relief in the flood affected area.

Let the petitioner file a representation before the Commissioner, Muzaffarpur, who will examine the matter and take appropriate steps so that flood affected persons must receive the relief as has been proposed by the Government within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

This writ application stands disposed of.
