The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in jail since 20.07.2012 and the case of petitioner being Sessions Trial No. 280 of 2013 arising out of Mufassil P.S. case No. 218 of 2012 is pending in the court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari. The petitioner was apprehended on chase while he was fleeing away with looted motor cycle.

Considering the aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8651 of 2015 (4) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 trial within six months from the date of receipt of this order. The Superintendent of Police, Motihari is also directed to produce all the witnesses of Muffasil P. S. Case No. 218 of 2012 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 280/2013 pending in the court of learned 4th Additional Sessions Judge, East Champaran, Motihari so that the trial must be concluded within six months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail firstly in the trial court. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U T
