The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and the specific allegation is attributed to the co-accused. Moreover, the co-accused having more or less similar allegation has already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 73543 of 2019, which is evident from Annexure-4. The petitioner may be granted the privilege of anticipatory bail.

Case No. 180 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
