This Court vide order dated 10.08.2016 passed in CWJC No.7777 of 2013 has directed the respondent authority to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization in the regular establishment looking to the period of his work in the department as work charge establishment, but the authority on consideration of the representation has refused to grant the regularization.

In such view of the matter, this proceeding is consigned.
