2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 545 of 2023 lodged under sections 399, 402, 413, 414 of the I.P.C. read with sections 25(1-b)a/ 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. has been lodged against 7 named accused persons including the petitioner and the articles covered under Arms Act, has been recovered from some of the accused persons.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that from the seizure list, it is crystal clear that from the petitioner's possession, only mobile has been recovered and

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2023 having clean antecedent. He submits that charge-sheet has already been filed in this case.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No. 545 of 2023, subject to the following conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
