ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 19.11.2018 in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No.595 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recoveries were made from a canal and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
