In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kargahar (Sidhi O.P.) P.S. Case No.331 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
From the First Information Report, it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the petitioners. There is also case and counter case between both the sides. The incident of altercation took place on account of land dispute.
