The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Patori (Mohanpur OP) P.S. Case Case No.627 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/34, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have changed the shape of own truck by the mechanic to cheat money of the insurance company.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is submitted that recovery of

It is also submitted that the petitioner has already been instituted a case for theft of his truck before the present case. It is submitted that except confessional statement of co-accused, Vinod Rai, nothing incriminating surfaced during course of investigation against this petitioner, which may connect him with the present occurrence. It is further submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 10.10.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Patori (Mohanpur OP) P.S. Case Case No.627 of 2023 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur.
