2. Heard Mr. Bhola Prasad, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP 10 for the State.
3. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs:
"That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondent concerned to pay Pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and other retiral/legal dues in revised pay
Patna High Court CWJC No.623 of 2019 dt.07-07-2020 2/2 scale to the petitioner who has been retired from service w.e.f. 31.1.2017."
4. Pursuant to order dated 23.06.2020, supplementary counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the authorities to indicate that all admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid and pension has also been started. The same is not controverted by learned counsel for the petitioner.
