This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioners. Petitioners are in custody in connection with Bairagania PS Case No. 272 of 2018 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 412, 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation in the instant case is that 27 liters of Nepali liquor was seized. Learned counsel representing the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 01.12.2018.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Bairagania PS Case No. 272 of 2018.
