JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 10-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with some others were caught in the house of co-accused Golu Kumar from where a motorcycle was recovered but petitioner and apprehended co-accused disclosed that the aforesaid motorcycle had been brought by the co-accused Mahesh Singh, son of Ramikbal Singh.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 555 of 2015.
