The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kursakanta P.S. Case No. 4 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 494, 498(A), 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that from perusal of FIR, it appears that there is no demand of dowry. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 17.12.2019.

Case No. 04 of 2019.
