JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner along with several other persons allegedly attacked on the house of one Sangita Devi and ransacked the belongings of the house and also assaulted the informant and aforesaid Sangita Devi.

Submission on behalf of learned counsel for the petitioner is that aforesaid Sangita Devi was an accused of kidnapping case and as a matter of fact police had gone to search the house of aforesaid Sangita Devi in connection with abovesaid case, but informant in collusion with aforesaid Sangita Devi lodged this false case with an intention to put pressure upon

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5114 of 2016 (2) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 petitioner and others. It has further been pointed out that moreover co-accused Chunnu Sharma @ Dharmendra Kumar, having more or less similar allegation, has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

Considering the fact and circumstances as well as submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jahanabad in Jahanabad P.S. Case No. 301 of 2014.
