Petitioner is in jail custody since 2.2.2015 in a case registered under sections 420, 409, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, petitioner was Mukhiya of the concerned Gram Panchyat and other co-accused having more or less similar allegation have already been granted privilege of bail.

Moreover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be
