The petitioners are in custody since 28.09.2015 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457/380/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that actually there is no recovery from the petitioners of any stolen article and that they were taken into custody on mere suspicion. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and also the period of custody, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief
